2025 NDEAM Poster Now Available

This year marks the 80th anniversary of National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM). Even though the annual October celebration is still a couple of months away, organizations are encouraged to start planning well in advance. To help, the official 2025 poster is now available to download or (soon) mail order! The poster is customizable, so organizations can insert their name, logo and photos of their choosing. Celebrating NDEAM and America’s 250th anniversary means celebrating the value all Americans—including Americans with disabilities—contribute to our nation’s workplaces and communities, every day of every month.
